Home Made Kahlua


4 Cups Sugar
4 Cups water
2/3 Cups instant coffee
750ml (5th) vodka
1 vanilla bean

Boil sugar, water, & coffee 10 minutes

Add vanilla bean (ground).
Let cool to luke warm
Add Vodka

Pour into jars with secure lids.
Shake in morning and turn upside down.
At night turn right side up.
Do this for 3 weeks every day.

Strain & serve

Yield 1/2 gallon
